We’ll start by highlighting the pain points of manual WordPress setup, like inconsistent configurations, forgotten security settings, and the time-consuming process of setting up a new server. Then we’ll talk about Ansible and it’s use cases. Followed by a walk through of key components of a Ansible WordPress playbook. And, we’ll move beyond installation to show how Ansible can be used for ongoing management, including: automating core, plugin, and theme updates; configuration changes; backups. Finally, we’ll conclude the session with a recorded/live demo.
